Taking three demos this month
What do you want fixed?
Describe one task your team wants off its plate. I build a working AI demo of it within a week. Free.
Sent.
Thank you. I will reply within one working day.

From brief to working demo in a week.
- Today
You describe it
Two minutes, in the box above.
- Day 1
We scope it
A 30-minute call. Dummy data is fine.
- Days 2–6
I build it
On your own example inputs.
- Day 7
You try it
A working demo. Free.
Want the full build? Fixed price, first release in 4 to 8 weeks.
Finished, not just demoed.
Every build ships with the parts that get it past security, risk and compliance.
A real application in your house style. Not a chat window in a box.
Agents that answer from your own documents, and cite them.
Connected to the systems you already run, through APIs and MCP.
A golden test set and evaluators, so quality is measured, not assumed.
Guardrails, PII redaction and a red-team report before release.
Risk classification, AI Act and GDPR input, roles and an audit trail.
Running in your cloud. Code, prompts and tests are yours.
One person. A crew of agents.
Agents now do most of what a project team used to. I decide what to build, check what they made, and stand behind the result.
No hand-offs.
You brief the person who builds it.
No team to bill.
A fixed price, far below what a project team costs.
No lock-in.
It runs in your environment, and it is yours.
Fair questions
What does it cost?
The demo costs nothing. For the full build we agree a fixed price before I start, and you have it in writing before you commit to anything.
What do you need from us?
Thirty minutes to agree the scope, and a handful of example inputs. Made-up or anonymised material works fine.
Where does our data go?
The demo runs on sample data only. A full build runs in your own cloud, with the model provider you approve.
What if you are not available later?
Everything is delivered into your environment and documented for the next person. Nothing needs me in order to keep running.
Who is behind this?
One builder, based in the Netherlands. I introduce myself properly in my reply, and from then on you deal with me directly.
